OVERVIEW
The RESOLUTION 2020 calendar is designed exclusively for you to follow and stick to your fitness regimen and keep track of your progress throughout the year. We have designed a training log for each month, which has a provision to note down any event you are training for and/or even setting up a fitness routine of your own, the activity you have performed each day, and a section to note down your weight and blood pressure each month. It helps you compare your target goals against your achieved targets to give you further insight into how it can be improvised further the next month.
